Coming Soon: Spring Bootcamp

I've got exciting news for March!

Three months into the year and many will have already fallen off their fitness resolutions (myself included for some things). I'm already seeing most of the new people at the gym I work at disappearing. I get it, we make our goals in a state of energy and motivation that often is higher than our usual. We naturally go through periods of more and less motivation, time and energy. This unfortunately leads to completely abandoning our resolutions. We laugh about it and then essentially ignore it until we make another one. It's seen as a normal part of making resolutions, but it doesn't have to be. You deserve to actually meet these fitness goals and to reap the benefits of an active life. So, to combat the motivational slump, I've put together a mini springtime boot camp.

How will it work? I've made 6 videos for you to follow during the 2 week camp. In early March I'll post a schedule of when to do each video/what combinations to do. This will be printable/downloadable so you can track your progress. On March 9th I'll upload the videos for the first week's schedule. Each day you complete your workouts you can mark it down on the schedule to help motivate yourself and to see how much you've done. The second week I'll have an extra video to post to switch things up a little. For rest days I'll have suggestions for screen free activities like walking, playing a sport or heavy cleaning to keep you from having a completely sedentary day. Don't worry, none of your workouts will be insane or take up too much time. We're keeping this relatively chill and approachable (emphasis on relatively).

My goal with this is to use this camp as a shot in the arm. Something quick, constant and beginner friendly to help get you into the habit of being active every day. I know many people see setting aside time to exercise as daunting, and I fully understand it. With work and even just sluggishness even 30 minutes of "free time" being allotted to something can feel like a lot. Hopefully, with animations and a structured schedule we can take the work out of workout and make it feel more like a hobby that takes care of you.
You deserve a healthy life.

xoxo
