2025 Spring Bootcamp!
Hello everyone! I hope you're ready to kickstart your fitness journey, because I've got a 2 week schedule for you to follow!
For those of you who haven't seen my announcement post from last month, this bootcamp is 2 weeks of workouts. I'll upload workouts for week 1 this weekend for you to start on Sunday. The following weekend I'll post another video to add to your schedule. In this post I'll drop the schedules for which exercises you'll do each day and a tracker for you to keep yourself accountable.
